- I asked this question a while back and only got one response. The
- response said to try an HPGL to PostScript converter available from
- swedishchef.lerc.nasa.gov in the programs directory as hpgl2ps.tar.Z.
-
- I tried this however, and only had limited success. There were various
- minor problems in getting the output at a reasonable scale and at a
- reasonable location on the page and on a reasonable page size. The
- bigger problem was that the fonts seemed to be rendered about 4 times
- too large. All of these problems together made it more work than it was
- worth to me.
-
- However the package would be an excellent starting point for any
- projects like a direct HPGL viewer, since the source was pretty
- readable and contained an HPGL parser than was easy to extend.
-
- Please let me know if you succeed, I'd still be interested in a solution.
