- You haven't installed dps_eoe because as an old loyal customer upgrading
- your 4D/25 from IRIX 3.3 to 4.0 you have the privilege of having to pay
- extra for 'dps_eoe', even though 'dps_dev' is included in the upgrade, and
- even though 'dps_eoe' is bundled for free on new machines.
