- The city is a utopian dream. It's a centrally planned city. The buildings
- are beautiful, it's true, but expensive. And when you move into your new
- apartment you discover that the pictures and furniture are fixed in place.
- You're not allowed to put up new shelves. There are no service industries
- here. The planners forgot to build a cinema and you have to travel to a
- nearby town to see a movie. The city is eerily quiet and the occupants
- wonder when all those empty apartments are going to be filled. But they
- have faith. That nice young man in the suit who sold them the apartment
- was surely right - this is the city of the future.

- they're cheap and there's a raw thriving economy there...
