- Actually, it's a problem with the NeXT version of the "Pixar Developer's
- RenderMan Toolkit" as well.

- Of course, since this toolkit costs $2500 and you only get sources for the
- shaders and some image manipulation tools and some libraries you really don't
- need too much on the NeXT (and of course the older version of the prman
- renderer), most NeXT owners probably aren't going to buy the toolkit.

- Actually, I'd love to petition Pixar to release their RenderApp into the public
- domain, since I have a modified version of it that allows you to cut and save
- good NeXT TIFFs. (But since the sources are Pixar's I can't share it.)

- BTW, for those of you with access to the Pixar Toolkit, RenderApp does work
- with the version of RenderMan bundled with 3.0. Phew.
