  13.   Howdy,
  14.   Does anyone out there know of any company that manufactures a _battery_
  15. powered hand-scanner?  I'd like to use onw with mu PowerBook while I'm
  16. doing research, and libraries are not generally known for thier outlets. 
  17. If it ran off the ADB bus that would be okay, but preferrably off of its
  18. own battery
  19.   Also, if there is such an animal does it work well with OCR software,
  20. such as Omni-Page?
