  14. Ok, I'm sure that is some kind of FAQ, but, hey, didn't find it in
  15. the FAQ, etc, etc, etc.

  17. How does one change the Icon for a hard drive in sys 7 (spec. 7.0.1)?
  18. I've tried cuting and pasting in the get-info like I can with
  19. everything else, but "paste" is grayed out when I try to paste to
  20. the HD icon.  Also, ResEdit won't allow me to check the "use custom
  21. icon" box in the "get file/folder info" dialog box - it gives
  22. me a "file not found" error.

  24. I seem to remember it being easier than this - my roomate did it
  25. on his IIsi within about 5 minutes of booting it for the first time...

  27. Any comments?  Am running sys 7.0.1 w/ PB 100, no inits as of yet.
