  11. We have ghostscript up and running on our calcomp plotter, and I would like to
  12. print macintosh PS files on it. It is a E-sized color plotter, and the Apple
  13. Laserwriter driver on has paper sizes up to Tabliod. Is their a way to modify
  14. the  driver so it can handle E-sized jobs.  I'd like to have a 36 by 24 and a
  15. 48 by 72 option available.  I looked at DMM Laserwrtier stuff, but it only
  16. changes the driver so it outputs no dictionary, and no truetype fonts.
