- My experience with this dialog from hell shows that it can be corrected after
- either quitting all relevent applications or restarting (same effect I imagine)

- Apperently the file is in fact gone. The finder just doen't know it yet.
- (Can you say bug? :) ) After all refferences to it are wipped out it should
- vanish. Note that: 'should'.
