  12. My experience with this dialog from hell shows that it can be corrected after
  13. either quitting all relevent applications or restarting (same effect I imagine)

  15. Apperently the file is in fact gone.  The finder just doen't know it yet.   
  16. (Can you say bug? :) )  After all refferences to it are wipped out it should
  17. vanish.  Note that: 'should'.
