- I didn't say AOL was bad. Once I get the hang of their software I intend to
- keep it and scrap CI$. It is true, anything I can do with CI$ I can do with
- AOL cheaper. I have though, been with GEnie for a few years and intend also
- to stay with them.

- My gripe with AOL is that there's no capacity for **learning**. At some time
- and at some point with any other BBS you have to type the characters 'ATDT'
- followed by a phone number. With AOL it's possible to logon without even
- knowing what their phone number is.

- To download files one normally uses some sort of protocol, no? Zmodem, B+,
- Kermit, xmodem, etc. Tell me, what protocol does AOL use? What is an AOL
- user going to do when he see his first menu of download protocols?
