  11. I would like to find out about anyone's experience with
  12. using digitized voice in a HyperCard stack.  We have a stack
  13. that uses prerecorded digitized voice (recorded with the
  14. Audio Palette), but are now interested in recording audio
  15. comments from our users.

  17. Instead of being overwhelmed by the audio palette we want
  18. our users to have access to three simple buttons: Record,
  19. Play, and Erase.  We are not as satisfied with the sound
  20. quality or bulky hardware of the MacRecorder and HyperSound
  21. toolkit  (that come together from MacroMedia) that seems to
  22. be the only publicly available XCMDs and XFCNs for working
  23. with sound in a HC document.
