  12.    Hi...I'm having a bit of a problem.  
  13. Here's the thing.  I'm presenting the user with a screen of text, and checking
  14. for mouseclicks over various words.  I have (supposedly) implemented a way
  15. to GROUP words in boldface, if they are contiguous, otherwise just treat each
  16. boldface word as an object.

  18. What's supposed to happen:  The user clicks on a boldface item.  The system
  19. searches a field for that item to retreive link information.
  20.  
  21. What happens:  works pretty well with some single-word sets, strangely with
  22. others, and mostly not at all with multiple word groups.

  24. What gives?  Any suggestions?

  26. BTW - yes, I AM doing something very strange...don't worry, tho...it's funded!
