  22.     up, and that would be BAD NEWS indeed....

  26.     details as to the relative/comparitive risks (which depend on
  27.     the situation, crossing the English Channel on a ferry in a
  28.     storm is certainly a different concern from the corner shopping
  29.     center parking lot ... ;-)
