- A collegue has run into one I've not yet heard of. He is Mac knowledgeable
- and has used this IIx for a couple of years with Sys 6.0.x. It has a
- Radius 2-page gray-scale monitor and a 3-Com ethernet card.
-
- He decided to go to Sys 7, as he had run it on his IIcx at home for long
- enough to gain confidence. The install failed, and now if he tries to boot
- from a Sys 7 floppy, the cursor is dead along with everything
- else! He can boot from a 6.0.x floppy and the IIx seems to be OK.
-
- Anyone seen anything like this before? Please respond to me, as he is off
- the net until he gets a fix. And he's having withdrawal symptoms!
