- Ok, so Intel has pulled the plug on futher developments of the i860. Now,
- where does that leave all the parallel processor manufacturers who are
- currently using the i860, and does Intel intend to keep developing a VERY
- high end RISC cpu that is separate from the x86/Px line? Will a version of
- the i960 "rise" to take the maximum performance slot of the i860?
