-
- well, it'll depend on what you want to upgrade to? you know, there are a lot
- of upgrade options available for ps/2s, starting from as low as 386sx/20 to
- as high as 486/33. i also have a 50z, but plan to upgrade it to a
- 486sx/25 soon ... maybe even a 486dx/33.
-
- for those of you who have been following my postings regarding ps/2 upgrades,
- i've called bsd again yesterday and found out 3 things :
-
- 1. the aox micromaster 486sx/25 is now $997 instead of $942
- 2. the aox micromaster 486dx/25 is not sold anymore
- 3. the aox micromaster 486dx/33 is now $<something ... i forgot>, but is
- lower than $1833 i said last week
-
- i've called aox and someone told me that the 486dx/25 was discontinued. they
- only make the 486sx/25 and 486dx/33.
-
- would anybody happen to know whether the new intel 486/66 chip will work on
- the 486dx/33 aox board?
