- I would have to strongly recommend *against* buying the Quantex
- 386/40Mhz machine unless they have changed to a different design or
- motherboard. The system I received from them last fall would work okay
- until it started to warm up. When I opened the covers I found out they
- were using a 25Mhz Intel cache with the 40Mhz AMD processor!
- Needless to say I quickly bundled up the system and sent it back for
- a refund. To their credit they were prompt and courteous with the
- refund but then I didn't try to recover shipping charges as well.
