- I want to use the Upper Memory Area. All the manuals I've got say you have
- to use EMM386.SYS to gain access to it.
-
- So far, so good. But: I have a RamQuest 8/16 memory board installed and
- I have to use their expanded memory manager, MM816.SYS. EMM386.SYS will not
- load if MM816.SYS is installed -- even if I use the /noems switch. Neither
- can EMM386.SYS access the memory on the RamQuest board.
-
- Am I up a creek without a paddle, unable to use the Upper Memory Area, or
- does someone out there have any suggestions? This happen to anyone else?
-
- Thanks, folks.
