- I have written and made available over the years quite a few PD
- programs. I don't support them, simply make the .exe/com and code
- with little or no documentation available at no cost.
- I know from the mail I get that many people find them of use.
-
- I the effort to develope commercial software takes about 4-10 times the
- effort as PD.
-
- We don't all have ton's of money or the time to write the code we need. At
- the same time someone else has spent several weeks writting just what I
- need. Call me lazy, call me cheap, it's a good deal for all concerned.
-
- PD means through cooperation we can make our lives easier.
-
- P.S.
- While we are at it does, anyone know of any PD multi user games for
- DOS. I'm thinking of something like conquest on UNIX. While it is PD on
- UNIX, the author will not permit ports to DOS (Sigh ...)
