- I had a Seagate 89 MB (don't remember the exact model number) that DIED
- on me. At the time, I didn't bother to back up my hard drive, so I lost
- over 70 MB of stuff! Fortunately they were mostly program files, and
- nothing too important, but it was a major pain to get everything back.
- I have heard mixed reports of Seagate drives. I know LOTS of people who
- have never had ANY problems with them. However, mine did not last 6 months.
- The Seagate was replaced by my vendor with a Fujitsu. The Seagate was
- definately a better performer, but the Fujitsu lasted!
- Now I have a computer with a Western Digital, and I would not go back to
- either brand.

- Just my $.02
