  21. Do you want what's on it?  If not, you can reformat it.  I had to
  22. reformat a 317 megger that had been in use on a Mac.  I have an
  23. Adaptec 1542B.  I'm assuming that this probably should work for you
  24. as well.  Make sure you know what address your ROM is at, run DEBUG,
  25. and type in

  27. G=XXXX:6
  28.  
  29. Where XXXX is the segment address of the ROM, and press enter.  You
  30. will then get a menu that lists the current drives, and allows you to
  31. format them.  It's only taken me 4 years to find this (how to format)
  32. out. :)

  34. Note that the 6 is non-standard, most controllers use 5 as the
  35. address to jump to.
