- On an XT there are only 8 interrupts because the interrupt controler has
- only 8 entries. On an AT, to get more interrupts, they tied the top 8 to
- interrupt 2, so that the computer would look at the lower interrupt
- controller, see that 2 went and go to the top 8 to see which one went.
