- I thought that I had heard of a design bug/problem with the Rockwell chipsets
- which are used in all of the cheap 14.4k modems out now. Was the problem with
- the chipset or with the supporting chips supplied by various modem
- manufacturers (do ALL 14.4k modems suffer or just brands X & Y?). In either
- case, has this problem been addressed/fixed?
