- I am having a rather scary problem of my PC rebooting
- all by itself. The system is:
- Zenon '486-33 w/ 4meg RAM
- 2 Teac DD / 130meg Maxtor HD
- Trident VGA w/ ViewSonic 7
- True Mouse
- No name 2400b internal modem
- MSDOS 5 / MS Windows 3.1 / Stacker
- It seems like it only occures while the modem is being
- used. Can the modem possibly cause such problem?
-
- To test, I left the PC on for a while in windows. No reboot.
- Then, I connected USC using modem. It almost immediately
- rebooted. The second time I make a connection, everything
- is fine again.
-
- Any help will be greatly appreciated.
