  10. I have in my possession a Syquest Model SQ555 44 mb removable media hard
  11. drive.  this scsi interfaced drive was adapted to the Mac with an interface
  12. board.  with the board removed, there is a standard 50 pin header for the
  13. SCSI and a row of pins that is presumably  the device address and other
  14. stuff.  The adaptor board switched these with some logic from the interface.

  18. *    What is needed to interface this drive to a PC using an Adaptec
  19.     1542b controller?  Drivers?

  21. *    What are the functions of the pins to the left of the SCSI connector
  22.     looking in from the rear?

  24. *    Lacking anything else, how to I contact Syquest.  They don't seem to 
  25.     advertise in any of the PC rags I get.
