- If they are physically on the same ethernet, this should not be a
- problem since MOP pays no attention to IP subnets. If they are
- going through a bridge/router you may be in trouble. If it is
- strictly an IP router, you are in deep trouble. If there is a
- bridge component to the brouter, you may be able to coax it to
- passing the MOP multicasts to entice your host to service it. The
- multicast address is ab-00-00-01-00-00-00. Also you will need to
- be certain the ethertype 60-01 will be passed through the bridge(s).
