  17.     I have a suggestion:  This may be a bad idea, but, since the
  18. MS-DOS FST is read only, how about listing the files with a few
  19. different translations, for ex:

  21.     .bat   ->  exec and text  #  there would be two different
  22. names, possibly with a number at the end of it or some other suffix.

  24. Or having some sort of preference window in which the user is allowed
  25. to select the translations.
