  28. No, he posted a message he got from a BBS that had 'Do not distribute' slapped
  29. all over it. This is like downloading a game whose initial screen comes up
  30. and says '(C) 199X by XXXX Development, do not distribute' (anyone seen
  31. Wolfenstein 3D?), and thinking it's OK to give to your friends because you
  32. got it from a BBS. Not only should he be nailed, but so should the BBS.
