  14. Recently a game called "Battle Cars 2" has been appearing on various
  15. bulletin boards and PD libraries in the UK and USA.  This game is NOT public
  16. domain -- it is a pre-release version of a licenceware game called "Motor Duel",
  17. which is being distributed by CLR (central licenceware register) here in the UK.

  19. If you see this game on a bulletin board, please tell the sysop to remove it,
  20. and if any PD libraries are still distributing the game, please withdraw it
  21. immediately.
