  17. Yup. You should also add that enforcer is a tool for software *developers*,
  18. software *users* will normally not need it.

  23. This is one special mistake that enforcer can discover. The operating system
  24. (aka Kickstart) stores certain vital pieces of information in that area, and
  25. programs that destroy that information will usually cause very bad crashes.
