- Bullpucky. I have a A3000-25/50 and I have the factory-installed Quantum
- LPS52S, a Rodime RX1400, and a Quantum LPS240S. Occasionally I also have
- an A3070 tape drive, a 3M MCD-40 tape drive and a Syquest 44Mb drive
- attached as well. I use it with AmigaDOS v2.04 (SuperKickstart, i.e.,
- 2.0beta ROMs, but that shouldn't matter) and Amiga UNIX v2.1c.
-
- The drive is fairly recent (it was purchased in May) and it works very
- well. I have, however, run the TurboQuantum publicly-distributable
- program (I think it turns off mid-operation disconnects on Quantums) but
- only as a work-around for a bug in the scsi.device that can cause a big
- performance hit. I haven't had any problems like SCSI bus lockups at
- all.

-
- I think the LPS240S replaced the 210S, so I'm not sure the 210S is
- manufactured anymore. I haven't tried any other drive in that range.
