  19. Take it from one who knows: If you don't like the structure
  20. (or lack thereof) of sites you frequent, send
  21. suggestions for improvements to whomever is
  22. responsible for the site.  Don't just say it's bad- say why
  23. it's bad and how to make it better.

  25. It's tough to do the right thing when you aren't sure what
  26. it is.  You've probably guessed by now that I run a popular
  27. (NeXT) ftp site (sonata/nova) and know from personal
  28. experience.  When you set a site up, you have to do whatever
  29. makes sense to you, and that might not make sense to anyone
  30. else. :-)

  32. I get lots of good suggestions every day and take them
  33. seriously.  I'm sure the people who run other sites feel
  34. the same way.  If they don't, I can't imagine why they'd do
  35. this.
