As a poor distribution of C-Net concerned, that is true. I have mailed in my upgrade money about a year ago, and still haven't seen version 2.0 WITH A MANUAL in the mail yet. Also, there are bugs in C-Net. Every new 'upgrade' just patches old ones, but new bugs keep poping up all over. Finally, I gave up with C-Net, sold "the rights to get 2.0 upgrade" and the disks I had to this dude for $75, and bought DLG. DLG is rock solid, exellent support, and got what I paid for. This is my C-Net story.
