  13. Does anyone know of any AMIGA comm. pkg. that is capable of downloading
  14. TOM CAT protocol material from Wildcat BBSes?  As I understand it, this
  15. is a mechanism whereby unread notes are compressed and downloaded, and
  16. you can read them offline, then any responses you make are uploaded the
  17. next time you log into the BBS.   I was asked about this by a friend,
  18. and offered to post an inquiry here.  There is software like this for
  19. both the MAC and IBM PC platforms.
