- This is a shar script which includes: Makefile README dstconvert.c
- The algorithm, applied to individual executables and relocatables,
- involves a search for the date on which the conversion from and to
- Daylight Savings time occurs. README tells you which files it should
- be applied to; the code itself tells whether it succeeded. Good luck.
