- Have You given Qedit a Shot. It's PD, and I KNOW that you can find it
- on CI$ in the MSLANG or MSDOS forum libs.... As far as an FTP site goes,
- I couldn't help you, but I'm sure it can be found somewhere!! The latest
- version I know of is 2.15 (8/91). It is pretty handy. I used it alot in
- school.
