  12. I've got Zeller's congruence.  Is there a package somewhere that provides:

  17. and other stuff?  By "true Julian" I mean starting at what? 4000 BC, not simply  
  18. day-of-year.  I'm interested in the modern era, and not in changes mandated by  
  19. Popes, etc.
