  13. regarding a newsletter about software reuse.

  36.     There is a DARPA sponsored program named Software Technology for 
  37.     Adaptable, Reliable Systems (STARS) and one of the major thrusts of the 
  38.     program is software reuse.  STARS publishes a (hardcopy) newsletter about 3
  39.     times a year.  The newsletter includes articles on software reuse
  40.     as well as process and environments.  The Newsletter also includes 
  41.     information on how to gain electronic access to a national software 
  42.     repository called ASSET (Asset Source for Software Engineering Technology).
