  14. I recently saw a brief blurb in an article recently about a tool
  15. called BWE from Brown University.  The blurb implied that it
  16. maintained Config. Management states and a state machine for linking
  17. various code changes together.  i.e. version 17 of foo.c requires
  18. version 7 of foo.h to compile properly.

  20. Does anybody out there in NetLand have any better pointers they could
  21. give me towards locating this tool?
