  17. You need your ntp server to run a master timed which knows that the local
  18. clock is correct (due to the NTP synchronisation) and that refuses to
  19. believe any of the slave timed's.  Ask archie about ntp-timed.patch,
  20. or grab hippo.ru.ac.za:/pub/network/timed+ntp.tar.Z, which is a timed
  21. that has the patch already applied.
