- Help! I recently set
-
- up the /etc/resolv.conf file to allow "nslookup" to
- use the company's nameserver instead of using /etc/hosts. However, now
- "nslookup" skips the /etc/hosts file completely and goes straight to the
- name server. This is causing all of our printers not to work. Is there a
- way to have nslookup check /etc/hosts first and if not found then go to
- the company nameserver? Thanks in advance!
