  14. algorithms to the newsgroup. 
  15. I have since had requests for the postscript file to be made available. 
  16. The file has been uploaded on extro.su.oz.au in the directory
  17. pub/patents/articles under the name math.algs.essay.ps
  18. Those who are interested may now download a copy for themselves.
