  13. I've just received my copy of the OS/2 developers toolkit - unfortunately it
  14. doesn't contain a LIB.EXE command. I am willing to write one if someone can
  15. describe the format of the .LIB files? I'm planning to use the toolkit with
  16. gcc/2.
