  16. I'm running OS/2 2.0 with TCPIP 1.2.1 refresh, and every thing seems
  17. to be working fine.  But I'm curious about a message "SIOCADDRT: File exists"
  18. that gets displayed in the ROUTED.EXE window at startup.  What does this 
  19. message suppose to mean ?  Just curious.
