- Tim- Wait 'til you try a merge! In about 15 minutes, it'll merge 5 or so
- names into a letter. Incredibly slooooowwww. However, a work-around for
- the problem you outlined. I have this happen too. Instead of using R or 1
- for "Retrieve" document, highlight the document name in F5 (list files), then
- press CTRL-F5, and then release. The document will come on screen rather
- quickly (I believe this option was mentioned in some older wordperfect stuff
- unrelated to OS/2 a few years back). It seems to retrieve with CR/LF as
- a hard return. Don't have a work around for soft return yet. I just wish
- the damn thing would work with a simple "R" from the List Files screen.
-
- Anyhow, best of luck. Oh, in the future, please post questions regarding
- apps to the comp.os.os2.apps list instead of here on comp.os.os2.misc .
- Hope this works for you!
