  14. I've tried this numerous times with a few users and it doesn't 
  15. always work.  In OS/2 2.0 I try to change the color of the icon 
  16. text in the scheme palette.  The change takes place on the scheme 
  17. palette screen but when I try to apply it to the desktop, the 
  18. change doesn't take.  What's the fix for this?  We are using true 
  19. blue IBM equipment.
