- And those graphics programs are just the ones that need to be processed
- in the background so that all I have to watch are the startup and the
- final result. This is what the virtual machines, memory mapped video
- etc. are supposed to take care of for me so that I don't have to watch each
- pel being painted!!

- Speaking of slow, has any one but me noticed that in win-os2 programs
- whenever a secondary window is moved so that it is partially cut by the
- edge of the primary window, it goes into a crawling refresh mode where
- each line is labouriously painted?

- Of course I'm trying to push the limits. I'm running win-os2 in
- 1024x768x16 and WPS in 1024x768x256 using the proii8 driver on a
- Speedstar +.
