  14.  I have OS2 on a 486-33-8Meg, 130Meg Fujitsu IDE hard drive.
  15.  Lately the system has been getting slow, with a
  16.  tremendous amount of disk activity going on even when there was nothing
  17.  going on- eg only the desktop open, and I then open an OS2 window. The
  18.  swapper.dat file had grown to over 14MB It dropped to 12, but stuck
  19.  there, and the system had become slow. I dual booted Dos, and erased
  20.  the huge swapper.dat file. OS2 is back to its old form now.
  21.  Yes I have installed the kernel patch. Do others also find that the
  22.  swapping still leaves something to be desired?
