- No suggestions, I'm afraid, just some encouragement that it is
- possible. I can print on lpt1 and lpt2 (at the same time, even). Some
- people have mentioned problems with cables causing this error (OS/2
- apparently uses more of the lines than DOS does, since it is interrupt
- driven rather than polling the printer). You might try swapping the
- cables and to see if the problem switches printers.

- For what it is worth, I have a NEC Silentwriter 2 Model 90 as LPT1 and
- an old Epson RX-80 as LPT2. I just hooked them up and they worked the
- first time.
