- I wouldn't think so. After all, OS/2 is a 32-bit, multi-threaded,
- pre-emptive multi-tasking OS, all of which is also true of NT, but not
- true of Win3.1. The comparison to NT is apt, especially since both will
- have been released in the same calendar year.
