  22. I wouldn't think so. After all, OS/2 is a 32-bit, multi-threaded,
  23. pre-emptive multi-tasking OS, all of which is also true of NT, but not
  24. true of Win3.1. The comparison to NT is apt, especially since both will
  25. have been released in the same calendar year.
