- Actually, there will be an increase. A company called Panacea released 32
- bit graphics drivers for Windows 3.0, and while the performance increase
- wasn't what you'd get with an accelerated card, it was noticeable, and it
- even beat the accelerated cards in some areas.

- It certainly can't hurt, and who's not to say that IBM may not add
- increased functionality to the 32 bit engine.
